I wanted to thank you for the exceptional quality customer service as well as the hospitality of your store. I find that whether you buy a 20$ adapter, a pair of headphones for 400$ or a set of speakers for 20000$ every customer are treated equally and that’s very rare. I walked into your store thinking that I was going to get poor customer service because I am young and don’t look rich at all. Instead the owner of the store spent a good 30 minutes talking with me about the different products and I was offered a coffee the minute I walked in. I will definatly come back and buy more Grado products as well as some
speakers and an amp. Probably many other things as well.
